Synopsis
International music industry professionals and buyes have traveled from across Canada and the United States to take part in this year's Music & Image One-on-One sessions. Export ready artists, artists managers and representatives are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to meet with high-profil film, television and new media industry professionals. These 15-minute sessions have been crafted to allow export-ready artists and representatives face-to-face meetings with these industry players, including buyers, music supervisors, publishers and film producers. There will also be scheduled networking events and mixers arranged to facilitate the development of contacts and building of relationships within the idustry.
All pre-arranged meetings will take place at the Delta Halifax Hotel Bluenose Ballroom (8th floor). Participatns will be requested to check in 10 minutes prior to their first pre-scheduled one-on-one meeting.
Please review all Industry Bios and background information thoroughly before requesting your one-on-one meeting (maximum 8 meetings per artist/representative) to ensure you choose those who are a "good fit" for your genre of music and reflect your career goals.
This program is open to registered Music & Image or Atlantic Film Festival Delegates only. Pre-registration in the form of your meeting request form is required.

Criteria
This program is open to export-ready artists, managers, artist representatives, composers, lables and companies. The following applies when considering applicants for meetings:
- Must have a professional press kit/bio/web presence (own website, myspace etc.)
- Must have released at least one professionally manufactured CD
- Must have professional marketing plan/business plan
- Must have attended an Export Readiness Training Workshop or have export experience
