What's New?
Congrats Logan!
ViewFinders alum Logan MacGillivary has been awarded the YMCA's 2008 Peace Medal Award for his inspirational work in creating the video Listen To The Children which documents his mission to raise awareness, funds and school supplies for children in Sierra Leone.
Part of the video was filmed during last year's ViewFinders when a transport container for collecting goods going to Sierre Leone was stationed at Bayers Lake. Listen To The Children had it's world premier at the VF@AFF Closing Gala and will be shown across Atlantic Canada this fall on the Festival in a Van tour.
The award will be presented during the YMCA's World Peace Week Breakfast at the AGNS on Wednesday, November 26th.
