The AIFF Kids Youth Film Competition is a free challenge for anyone ages 18 or under to develop skills as a filmmaker- just make a 5-minute movie or less and submit it free at the link below! New this edition, the AIFF Kids Youth Film Competition will take place in May 2024. Finalist films will be shown on the big screen at Cineplex Cinemas in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and then presented on the AIFF YouTube channel. Filmmakers can participate individually or as a group/class. Submissions are currently open and the deadline has been extended to April 19, 2024.
